5. Event Registration & Organizers

5.1 Participant Information

When you register for an event, AthleteCult may provide the event organizer with your participant data (name, contact info, emergency info) to facilitate the event.

5.2 Responsibilities of Event Organizers

Organizers who receive participant data from AthleteCult agree to:

  • Use participants' personal data ONLY for the purpose of the specific event.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and industry-standard security measures for all data received.
  • Comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  • Not sell, rent, or share participant data with any third parties without explicit user consent.

5.3 AthleteCult Disclaimer

AthleteCult:

  • Does not guarantee event availability, accuracy, or quality.
  • Is not responsible for the organizer's conduct, safety measures, or data handling.
  • Is not liable for any disputes or injuries arising from event participation.

Please review the organizer's terms and policies before registering or making payments.

6. Content

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, training plans, etc.) is owned by AthleteCult or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6.2 User Content

If you submit content (e.g., profile information, messages), you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Event information is accurate or up-to-date
  • Training content is suitable for your fitness level or goals
  • Third-party links or services will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AthleteCult shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Injuries or damages resulting from training programs or events
  • Actions or omissions of third-party event organizers

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Platform or other users

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
